Before teaching culinary arts I cooked in award winning fine dining restaurants. In Boston I worked at James Beard Award winner Blue Ginger for Ming Tsai. In Washington DC I worked at Range for Bryan Voltaggio, a two time James Beard Award Finalist.
Now I get to teach and mentor the next generations of chefs to cook from the heart.
